Hello guys!!!

Journal Entry: Wed Nov 7, 2012, 8:01 AM

Ok. Hi! This is Lam. A 91-line girl (as I was born in 1991). A Taurus. And a pretty girl, lol, just kidding.

First of all, I really want to say Hi to everyone who is giving an eye on me, watching me, interesting in me and my photos.
I want to thank for your support eventhough my work is not really perfect at all.

I joined Dev for such a long time ago (about 2 years) just for watching and searching for some beautiful pics. Few months ago, I officially started upload my 1st photo and surprised that many people love it. Then I uploaded more and more photos with the hope that I could share with others about my hobby. So what's my hobby? It's eating delicious food. Haha, funny right? But it's true. 100% true. I'm addicted to delicious food. That is why you guys can see that almost all of my photos in my Gallery is about food.

Waring: Don't watch my Gallery when you are hungry!!! lol

Ok, fine. Just a few words I wanna say and I'll stop now.

Have fun with my Gallery and feel free talking to me!
Hope you guys will support me always (with fav~, badges~, Llama~, watch~ ... ect or whatever you want or even just passing by my photos is still good for me).

Thanks again!
Bye bye

Com Hen - Rice with mussels - Vietnamese cuisine
Com hen has a sweet-smelling flavor of rice, onion, as well as strange tastes of sweet, buttery, salty, sour, and peppery-hot. This special kind of food is of great ancience, simplicity and deliciousness. Hence it is always attractive to many foreign tourists when visiting Hue, the ancient citadel of Vietnam.

Con Hen is served with a little rice and a lot of vegetables, herbs and fruit, add clams in the center, top with fried pork fat, roasted peanut, fried shallots, or you can drizzle on some fermented shrimp sauce and clam broth.

It requires fifteen different raw materials to prepare for the dish, including mussel, watery grease, fried grease, peanuts, white sesames, dry pancake, salted shredded meat, chilly sauce, banana trunk, banana flower, sour carambola, spice vegetables, peppermint, salad, etc.

What makes this simple kind of food popular is revealed in the great endeavor to adopt and process its main ingredient – mussel. Mussels are sea species, which must be dipped in water for a long while before being processed.

Moreover, it is a low-priced specially, thus you could eat it in luxurious restaurants in Hue or even in vendoring mobile shops on the streets.

Goi cuon - Spring rolls - Vietnamese cuisine

It is listed at number 30 on World's 50 most delicious foods complied by CNN Go in 2011. Fresh Gỏi Cuốn have gained popularity among Vietnam's neighboring countries and in the western hemisphere as well. These rolls are considered to be a very popular appetizer with customers in Vietnamese restaurants.
